* NO AI. If I detect that you used my art to train AI, I will report you. I DO NOT ALLOW my work to be replicated.

* You CAN NOT delete or edit my signature
* Feel free to ask me if you can use my art for re-upload (on the condition that you mention my account @kaichiliku)
* I do not tolerate my art being stolen without mentioning me, and even less passing it off as your own.
* I DO NOT ACCEPT REUPLOADS of personal content (projects / ocs / commissions / etc!!) ONLY FANARTS WITH CREDIT!

Commissions T.O.S

Please note that the Terms of Service are general. They may be subject to change and, above all, may vary depending on the service you purchase!General Terms
* I may charge an additional sales tax of 15%-20% along with the price.
* Please read the terms and conditions carefully. The job will be rejected if it makes me feel uncomfortable or out of my abilities.
* Send references that are understandable and as detailed as possible.
* If you are not sure if you can afford to pay a commission, you can ask me personally. But don't make a request!
*If you make a commission you will automatically accept my terms and conditionsContent and streaming use
*You are not allowed to edit, trace, steal or pass off the commission without my consent.
*Commercial use is only allowed for content creators (VTubers, Twitch, Youtube, etc).
*An extra fee will be added if you want this permission on your commission
*You will need to credit the artist (me) if you are going to use the drawing anywhere.Revisions and changes
The customer can order as many WIPS as they want, in a way that is not excessive.
* The work will be shown progressively as it is finished.
* No changes will be allowed once the sketch has been approved.
* An extra fee is added for large or significant changes after the lineart stage. The extra fee will depend on the complexity of these changes.
* Any visual error in the commission caused by the artist is free.
* All changes in the SKETCH are free.
* Extra fee will be added after every change on lineart, coloring... etc
* In case you change your mind and add an add-on, it will add the same price.
* Changes will be charged before the final version of the commission is submittedDeadline and delivery
* It is necessary to include a deadline (if any) in advance to ensure that your work is completed within the desired time frame.
* Rush orders have an additional cost.
* Orders will not be accepted with less than 5 days of margin to work.
* Pressure for an order will not be accepted. Your commission will always be delivered within the delivery date or even days before
* Unless there is something unforeseen, we will always try to finish your order on time. Otherwise, an agreement will be made with the client for the inconvenience
* The job will be finished between 14 days and a month (this can vary between how busy you are and how complex your assignment is).Payment system
* Payment via Stripe, PayPal or VGen Payments. These payment methods are compatible with credit cards and PayPal!
* Payment in advance
* If you don't pay after 48 hours, the order will be deleted, moving to the next one in the queue.
* If you want a private commission, you will have to pay an additional cost.Tips and Boosts
* Customers who tip or boost an order will receive a 10% discount!!Intellectual property rights
* The artist will be able to use the commission on social media, portfolio and examples for future commissions. (Unless you have paid for a private commission)
* I reserve the right to add my signature to all my works WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
* I reserve the right to refuse any order.
* I, the artist, have the rights and intellectual property of the drawing created and the original designs. Other characters outside of my original designs belong to their respective owners.
* Commissioned artwork is for personal use only. Otherwise, the client paid for the commercial rights mentioned above.
* The client is prohibited from reselling the commission/artwork for personal use.Refunds or cancelation
* No returns are accepted.
* Please be absolutely sure that you can commission.
* In case it is an instant order and we are unable to accept your order, your money will be refunded.
* The customer cannot request any refunds. Please be ABSOLUTELY SURE before sending me a request!
* Cancellations will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

In these cases, 50% of the price paid will be refunded (if the customer has already paid for the service).Violation of my Terms and Conditions
* If the customer violates any condition for the first time, they will be notified and sent a copy of my T.O.S so that they can reread them.
* If this happens more than twice or a very important term is violated, the order will be canceled immediately without the right to a refund, i.e., the order will be canceled and the money will not be refunded.
* Please read my T.O.S carefully before requesting a commission!!
* By submitting a request, you automatically agree to ALL of my T.O.S.
